    Good Company; great opportunities
    The good thingsI like the opportunities presented, and there are many on regional/global scale. Mostly, I like the teamwork over here. We have a good management team and a great understanding between departments to want to get things done. Outside of work, many of us are friends as well and I like that.
    The challengesThe challenges that comes with the opportunities - most of it are new to the team or many of us. And the hours - slightly demanding at times since you are talking to regional/global parties. It's a fast-pace environment too - very dynamic.
