    AI summary of recent reviews

Employees at Esprit appreciate the opportunities for growth and learning while working in a friendly environment with supportive colleagues. Teamwork is encouraged, with incentives based on store sales targets. However, there are some potential challenges, such as meeting sales targets being difficult at times, insufficient staffing levels leading to long working hours and multitasking demands, lack of communication and issues with management support, and employees sometimes having to take on additional tasks beyond their primary responsibilities.

Average pay, long working hours. Good colleagues.
The good thingsTeam work. Our incentives are based on store monthly sales target so you don’t have to stressed out so much alone since you’re working as a team. I am able to learn to do more tasks which educates me to be a better sales associate.Good benefits such as staff discounts and uniform allowance.
The challengesLong working hours, you might need to work full shifts frequently when there’s not enough manpower (especially small stores) and company didn’t provide sufficient part times to cover. Poor management support. There can be tasks (which are not our responsibilities) that we have to do too.
