    Great experience of exposure in multiple fields. Good for Portfolio.
    The good thingsBeing able to be involved in multiple forms of events, create multiple kinds of collaterals, and be exposed to many different events and campaigns. Definitely worth an experience to understand a variety of work, schedules, scope, designs, ideas, etc. Also a good way to understand how diverse clients are in general. When there are responsible, kind, smart, and understanding clients, there are also clients who are opposite of those aspects. Being able to overcome and adapt is an essential skill to have, and having a thick skin to accept your own fault and mistakes to improve is a definite boost to developing yourself as a better worker.
    The challengesWhen it's busy period, it gets really stressful. Management is sometimes lacking, questionable, and rushed. The added issue may affect your workflow if you are very meticulous.

    Jack of all trade - getting to do a lot of everything and then some. Great if you want to tray everything related to events management before you single out what specirfic portion of the work you want to specilise in.
    The good thingsA good job to keep you fit as it gets physical and at time repetitive. It's a good job but prospect is all about how much you want to put into it and if you want to do more, how far you willing to take what it can offer and run with it.
    The challengesThe hard work can be grueling at times when it is peak season and you get a lot on your plate to do. A good way to experience what it's like to be in the event industry in a diverse number of roles.
