International outlook and good learning ground
The good thingsCollaborating with colleagues from other department and other global offices are interesting as you get to learn the best practices and learning new ways to go about engaging your clients with insights and strategy. Colleagues and managers are helpful but you must be pro active and take initiatives on your end. Work life balance is in placed.
The challengesSales and research strategy can be improved and it is improving gradually, as it take time. Office can be a little quiet at times as commercial teams have their discussion and calls with client in the meeting rooms leaving the floor empty and quiet.

    Fantastic learning culture
The good thingsManagement and colleagues are very helpful and insightful. A very good place to learn consultative selling, working with international colleagues and have meaningful engagement with clients. Euromonitor has been voted for one of the best work life balance company in Singapore!
The challengesNeeds to streamline processes. New strategies on how to tackle market competition. It can be seen that the company is growing not just locally but globally. But what can you expect? There are no perfect companies in the world.

Super satisfying work experience here !
The good thingsA very understanding boss who gives me freedom to stretch, expand my horizon and encourage me to go further. Someone that you can be comfortable working with and still have outside work interest together. supportive and show respect for staff welfare.
The challengesas a newly startup here then, a lot of things are less structured which may be a little uncomfortable for some people but not for me. I thrive in challenges!
