They appreciate the supportive environment created by helpful colleagues and insightful managers. The company is praised for its work/life balance, having been recognised as one of the best in Singapore, and for providing good career growth opportunities, both vertically and horizontally.

International outlook and good learning ground
The good thingsCollaborating with colleagues from other department and other global offices are interesting as you get to learn the best practices and learning new ways to go about engaging your clients with insights and strategy. Colleagues and managers are helpful but you must be pro active and take initiatives on your end. Work life balance is in placed.
The challengesSales and research strategy can be improved and it is improving gradually, as it take time. Office can be a little quiet at times as commercial teams have their discussion and calls with client in the meeting rooms leaving the floor empty and quiet.
