    The challengesThe effort has input to this role may not been visible to the management. For those weaker staff holding senior title may have better payroll & bonus but work as general staff.

    Learning experience but too many interference..
    The good thingsThey require you to attend too many training until you have to do it as a homework.
    The challengesLess interference from regional whom only know how to press on the local branches. Most HODs lack of ownership, except the younger generations.
