    The challengesThe management need to learn how the workers function than the other way around and need to have leadership training. Task oriented, could be better if they learn a bit of team buildings. They’re not stick to the contract. They feel irritated with feedbacks. Burden frequently because communication fails with the bosses. Feeling of inadequate because no appreciation. No assess, brainstorm, and persevere. Psychosocial work environment. The company should understand that people quit to leave their boss, not their job.
