    Good platform for learning
The good thingsCompany allows freedom to show your interest and capability to develop your own department to improve the operation of the company. You can come in later or go off slightly earlier occasionally if you have nothing to do on that day. Management is result focused. Get them the revenue, you will be noticed.
The challengesManagements don't communicate among themselves. Work life integration is what they encourage and not work life balance. Expect weekend travels to nearby program, however, off is given based on program and not how long you travel in overall. Basic pay comes from secondary role and the role you apply for becomes an incentive. No 13th Month, No Bonus. Promotion depends on solely one person, the top who is not there to observe.

Review on FOCUS ADVENTURE PTE LTD
The good thingsThe flexibility of working hours, and also the pay scale is good. The people guiding you to assist you in growing as an individual is a good system. After 80 programmes, there is an increment in salary scheme which is not heard of in the outdoor adventure industry. After each programme conducted, there is an after-action review session with the senior facilitators to know your blind spots.
The challengesI think better office space and cubicles could have been constructed so that people have their own workspace and privacy too. Also catered lunched for staff always would have been ideal. Sending facilitators for upgrading courses or certification would have been an area they could have explored.
