    A memorable experience
The good thingsI've spent over two years of my life with this company. The workplace environment is liberal, dynamic, and filled with an inexplicable sense of warmth. Colleagues we may have been, but this company expresses concern towards its staff's well-being proactively.
The challengesI would love and be utterly honored to be a part of this company for years to come, but regrettably, I was unable to tangibly visualize my career & personal growth.

The good thingsThey are doing well in the sense that they believe in entrepreneurship for my role. A lot of trust is given to accomplished a project. Even if it fail, we will sit down as a team to discuss how we can improve instead of getting blame for the failure. There is much opportunities to input your suggestions directly with the boss regardless of your title. And of course work time flexibility.
The challengesAs of most local SMEs, the management is something difficult to adapt to coming over from MNCs. There is no proper channel for most thing be it HR or even work related issues. As such you will sure be performing duties beyond your work responsibilities. It can be good at time and it give you some exposure. On the other hand, if you are covering often, it will just make you feel overload at work.
