    The good thingsFriendly managers on-site that will teach one-on-one about fixing watches and selling them properly.
    The challengesThe usual long hours of standing as with other sales associate jobs and harder to convince customers if not used to it

    The good thingsThe people culture is causal and friendly. Most of the people are willing to help each other and participle in all company event. It is a young company.
    The challengesThe management cannot see the underlying problem from the lower level of staff. Soon this will always tired most of the employees in the company since things did not better the way as they did feedback.
