    The good thingsVery reliable to start the job for the junior engineer. Most knowledge is taught by this company. Family teamwork is so happy for me.
    The challengesDaily had challenges. I went to two customer sites for a day. The Big Challenge is drilling a wall I solved and explained how to do it and mounted an area for building a long iron holo pipe. Another is cable management from the top to the customer's home. Some time is necessary do for customer requests, not seeing the cable in their living rooms through the ceiling for this cable.

    The good thingsIf want to challenge your own abilities and skills, it is the company for you. I have a ton of experience and connections with engineers.
    The challengesEvery 6 months you have to take employee interviews, which can be difficult if you don't progress, which could affect your salary raise. You have to wait 6 months or more if you want to change department.
