Three co-founders have world-class expertise in information and communication technologies with 30 years of combined industry experience in America. Two co-founders are MIT PhD graduates and have authored tens of technical papers in the areas of wireless networking, cloud computing and IT. Our core engineering and management team is made up mostly of expatriates of Myanmar. We consider Myanmar as our motherland and are passionate in contributing to Myanmar’s growth and help realize its potentials.Our team is made up of people who are highly motivated and capable. Our mission is to provide affordable digital access and useful information services to people and help overcome the global digital divide.As Frontiir focuses on delivering communications services and solutions for developing countries. We rethink, innovate and realize the most affordable and the highest performing communications solutions that demonstrate a 10x price-performance advantage over traditional telecommunication services. Our wireless solutions leapfrog conventional means to provide converged fixed and mobile voice and broadband data access that allows rapid, scalable, and low-cost adoption with low capital investment. Our goal is to play a key role in accelerating broadband penetration in Myanmar and thereby propel the country's GDP growth.Frontiir’s other line of business is providing enterprise IT services and solutions for developing countries. The success of local businesses in a frontier country is not only important for creating local jobs but also critical for ensuring long-term sustainability of its progress towards a more developed country. Thus, we also focus on delivering enterprise IT solutions and services for local businesses at most affordable prices so that they can bridge the productivity and agility gaps that exist between them and their multi-national competitors.We have a Myanmar subsidiary and the jobs advertised will be based out of Yangon. If permanent relocation is not desirable, we can work out travel arrangements that could suit your need but each employee will spend minimum 75% of their time in Yangon.     Many wireless networking working experiences, leading under control labor, and good communication skills with team family, and customers.
    The good thingsVery reliable to start the job for the junior engineer. Most knowledge is taught by this company. Family teamwork is so happy for me.
    The challengesDaily had challenges. I went to two customer sites for a day. The Big Challenge is drilling a wall I solved and explained how to do it and mounted an area for building a long iron holo pipe. Another is cable management from the top to the customer's home. Some time is necessary do for customer requests, not seeing the cable in their living rooms through the ceiling for this cable.
