    Aesthetic Business in the Philippines with Galderma
    The good thingsWorking with the company enhanced my skills in aesthetics. Travelling to different countries to learn injection techniques is really an opportunity for me since I learned different strategies to develop the aesthetic business in the Philippines. This lead me to share my knowledge and skills to develop more injectors in our country.
    The challengesAesthetic Business in the Philippines is currently a tough business since new filler brands came out and launched in the market. One of the challenges for me is to maintain the market leadership ive had for 10 years. This challenged me to achieve my target on a month to month basis. And maintain a low inventory of all our products.

    Management not appreciative. Ridiculous accusation
    The good thingsGood perks. Good colleagues except the senior management.
    The challengesChallenging product to sell, but managed to hit $1M from initial of $350K on one of the key skin care product within 1 year. Inspite of all these, many accusation was aim at like hitting target beyond estimated was deem to be not good at estimation.
