    good working environment and learning is always available
    The good thingsthe employer(owner) will guide on matter or procedure if not fully comprehend. the employer give freedom in how you wish to achieve your goals as long as it doesn't violate certain regulations and the task must be done to meet client's requirement. any solution you provided will be given time to test and QC before deploying on client site.
    The challengeslot of new demands from clients that are not standard or can't be install and configure in simple ways. environmental interference and how to work around the interference is both challenging and time consuming
