    Major Micromanaging Issue, with no Work Life balance
    The good thingsGreat colleagues all with good experience and willingness to assist despite all working under major micromanaging stress
    The challengesNo work life balance , need to work anytime you are question or things are not well done. If you take too long to response , will be questioned. Not trusted , meetings and reporting need to be done every now and then No OT even when you worked overtime Management micro manage too much and not respectful , except you to do many things with tight timeline. Not appreciative.

    Low key pasar malam hustling...with no boundaries.
    The good thingsOther than the top lady who micromanage everyone to death, all are good and talented people. Driven with dreams of building good experiences.
    The challengesMajor micromanaging. Lack of trust. Poor prioritization of what's important. Major blame culture. No proper structure or processes that results to constant fire fighting. Have never felt safe working in this company.
