Basically working here has no benefits. there is no dental only MC and they only pay a portion of it. Career advancement is difficult as u are only a contractor.

The challengesHaving to send a monthly report of your working hours monthly
Salary is paid on the 7th but pay slip printed indicated is the last day of of the month.
This makes applying for loans difficult as banks will ask why the difference
