Focus on what is important, ie sales.
The good thingsPeople are friendly to a certain extent. Nice to be accorded the attention when you first join. This soon fades away. No one has any advice for you.
The challengesYou need to be able to multi-task. You need to be ready to hit the ground rolling. No time to so call ramp up or train. Too much emotional selling, pulling on relationships to make sales. Relationship selling takes a lot of time.
