    The good thingsAs a biz analyst, I have the opportunity to work on a wide range of projects, from waste to building certifications, and this gives me a wide purview of the different types of projects in the sustainability realm. It’s not an easy job, but it’s the challenges that keeps you motivated to grow, unlearn and relearn. At the same time, if you are not well versed in one thing, she will give you opportunities to try different scopes in diff projects, to bring out what you are good / potentially good at. Culture of learning is very strong here.
    The challengesVery fast paced, need to know how to cope with different deadlines. Also have to pick up skills fast.

    I would not recommend anyone to work for this company
    The good thingsYou can learn faster because you will have no support from anyone.
    The challenges- No career fair, you might travel during week-ends and work on public holidays without no compensation - No respect is given to the employees, one employee is replaced by another - No recognition of the work, the management will take credits for your work contribution - Management absent, they do not know what is going on on the projects, sometimes they interfere in the project, and as they do not know what is happening they make mistakes that you will have to rectify - very low technical competency in the overall company, your work will be affected by your colleagues deliverables and your management understanding of the project - if you work well, your contribution will not be recognized as your salary will be 20% lower than the market
