HANKYU EXPRESS Co. Ltd started its new history on October 1 , 2009 as a new international logistics service provider by integrating managements of Hankyu Express International Co Ltd and Hanshin Air Cargo Co. Ltd under the wing of Hankyu Hanshin Express Holdings Corporation. The two predecessor companies were established in 1948 when Japan was still in the post-war turmoil. Each company has grown by taking advantages of its own characteristic since then, however, in order to cope with severe economic circumstances and drastic market. Changes, the two jointly sail out afresh under the name of HANKYU HANSHIN EXPRESS this year, which is its 61st anniversary. The new company effectively utilize those operation bases in Japan and abroad and physical management sources of which the two companies have built up, and work on providing better quality services using its scale-merits with all-out efforts.
