'Corporate Wear' is a daily dress-down in Harley-Davidson t-shirt, jeans, accessories - it gives us the capability and freedom to 'express' ourselves at work. Piercings, Coloure-Hair and visible Tattoos are much tolerated in this Company.
The challengesThe Asia Pacific Office had just been opened as a Regional entity, therefore we had relied on the more established SAP System Platforms from Europe, while aligning with a Legacy System from North America. So our working hours are stretched to cover Europe and US timezones. With a new regional office, comes unstructured processes too, to break down and calibrate for local and AP regional markets.
