The challengesMarketing and Operations are heavy in workload. The impression is given is that there is constant rush for sales, therefore multiple promotions and marketing partnerships are pushed out within a tight period that I had not seen in other F&Bs. Imagine as a server you need to remember about 10 promos at the tip of your finger tips. Marketing need to push out plenty of promotions. Non-Event/long-term promos can be spaced out to allow ops staff to be better familiarised before paling on another promo.
