    Worst Management with no direction
The good thingsFriendly colleagues around same age and motivate each other to work. Always helping each other when needed.
The challengesManagement with no direction. MD and GM only talk but no action. Too many manager in the company each with different opinion. Manager tend to push the work to junior. Not being helpful. Finger pointing game always happen.

Good company location, next bus Stop and food court
The good thingsFriendly colleague who are the only offer to help when there is issue. Will able to used to Finger Pointing culture in shortest time. Good enviroment to learn how a GOOD management should operate. Learn how to survive in oversea with limited support from company.
The challengesManagment did not assist in work issue even it had been raise up by engineer. Were send to oversea site without much experience and knowledge to deal with client. Feedback to management and action or changes are not to be done as promise. Fringer pointing manager not problem solving manager. Company lack of appreciation to the employees, reward never come but blaming and finger pointing alway there for you.

    Stepping stone company
The good thingsThe colleagues whom you work and overtime with.
The challengesWith or without knowledge in the water industry, the company will ask you to handle the proposal and project on your own. You may ask the managers for help however some may ask you to read up, some may ask you to reference to past projects. You will tend to pick up everything based on your own capability and support from your colleagues at best.

A committed team of engineers and executives working together to get work done. On the right direction and will thrive through the competitions.
The good thingsQuality products, good work process and systems are results of team work over long time commitment, not just other people's responsibilities as complained by grumblers. The management is not perfect but it does listen reasonably. The company provides many opportunities for people to learn and trained people. The environment is friendly.
The challengesThe management needs to pay attention to workload, benefits and ensure key positions are hold by correct people. To retain good and experienced staff is critical for long term sustainable success, it needs cooperation from all departments and staff. It also needs management determination and staff who can take sacrifice.
