    Nice team spirit of majority
    The good thingsGood senior Management directions and engagement in areas: caring for staffs' welfare, staffs' career growth path and succession plans. In particular getting team skills sets competencies in place for specific critical operation areas and be ready for an expanded portfolio. Most importantly most impressed with Senior Management proactive compassionate concerns for staffs to have quality family time over the weekend.
    The challengesBuild and encourage overall team works harnessing individual competencies strength. And for those not team spirited to be counselled and encouraged on the bendifts of being a team player. Both for individual carrer growth and reduced staff conflicts and stress over processes issues.
