Micromanagement was another major problem, making it difficult to work independently or feel trusted in my role. Additionally, the company forced employees to take leave during Chinese New Year, deducting it from our annual leave balance, which felt unfair. Overall, not a great place to work.

The challengesThe senior staff were often impolite, creating a hostile work environment.
