    The good thingsCertain colleagues are friendly and helpful. Crazy customers can make the day entertaining.
    The challengesTraditional business that limits employee creativity. You report a problem to upper management please be prepared to come up with a solution. Micromanagement on a near weekly basis. Never enough time and tools for training and development of staff. Lack of respect from upper management. Major trust issues. Absolutely no work life balance. They promise you things that never happen. Senior Management just riding out/vesting. Pay is low compared to thriving competitors.
