Employees at HWA International School appreciate the kind and friendly colleagues, as well as the friendly work environment with no drama. The convenient location in the city centre with good public transport access is also a positive. While medical benefits are offered, these may not apply during probation periods. However, some challenges include dealing with students who lack motivation and low English levels making it difficult to assess them properly. There also appears to be frequent management turnover which can be disruptive. Additionally, the workload is described as quite stressful by some.
