    Horrible working environment
    The good thingsThere is nothing positive
    The challengesManagement do not listen
    PrincipalOver the past 27 years in the education industry, we employed a dedicated pool of good staff who helped us to build up an established school in Singapore. However, we also have to phrase out few staff who did not possess positive working attitude and follow our school protocol in their weekly routine works like marking of worksheets for students, prepared for their weekly lessons in advance. For the benefits of our fellow students, we did terminate few staff who did not work seriously hence we have to prepare for those staff who left the school and intentionally put in unfavourable remarks in the social media. As long as we do the right things and our conscious is clear. Thank you
