    Focus company that looks after staff
    The good thingsHas some unique Pro-family policies - Eg. staff who needs to take paid time off to look after his/her sick child can offset the child's MC against his MC entitlement. Company is also pro-staff training with no bond.
    The challengesLean, not overly generous with pay & perks but do have a profit sharing scheme that helps equalize it. It's really a company for go-getters
