    AI summary of recent reviews

IDP Education is praised as a tech savvy, customer-focused global company with visionary leadership, fantastic team dynamics, and an inclusive culture. The company offers strong products and a good work/life balance. However, as a relatively new multinational, there are opportunities to improve globalisation of compensation and benefits. Some processes like visa applications lack standard guidelines. Employees may need to work weekends for events, and there are indications of high staff turnover.
