    Unhealthy working environment.
    The good thingsWe'll be challenged to finish our projects with very minimum supervision and tight deadline.
    The challengesManagement is very slow to take action about the complaints from clients and the employees. Authority doubts our work because it was not done properly. Don't know how to do the teamwork. Your boss will only ask you the result without knowing how much you struggle for it.
