    Admin is heartless
The good thingsSome of the benefits that staff get to enjoy are stable income and attractions pass. Good for young people to enjoy enforcement.
The challengesThe career and growth opportunities here are limited because senior officers don't care about you. Admin don't care about you.

Not a place for long term career advancement
The good thingsThe salary is not bad for a routine job scope and there is no work to be brought back home for sergeant level.
The challengesOne of the challenges I find working with the team here is that the toxicity of the environment and people. As the advancement of career is slow, you will have to look out for your back. The management has a few favorites and obvious differences in treatment and career development can be seen. There is a wall between the upper management and lower level staff.

    Stable job but poor culture
The good thingsPay is good and stable. If you are a fast worker, you can leave on time. Most officers perform shift and have fixed working hours.
The challengesPoor management and culture. Employees are not valued and promotion prospects are limited unless Senior Management thinks highly of you.
