    The challengesThe overall environment is relatively slow-paced, but the workload can be demanding. Management maintains strict oversight, and performance is closely monitored. Even minor mistakes may affect overall evaluation and bonus outcomes.

    The good thingsVery much multi-cultural.
    The challengesTo start off, they did not have the proper training resources to set someone for success. Joining my production team, there were a lot of learning gaps between operations and quality which no one would admit. Lastly, in my years of working for international companies, the sales practices conducted and observed here are truly the worst I have seen which is just truly disappointing. Lawsuit is definitely cooking somewhere around the corner.

    The good thingsThe command centre executed trainings, regular briefings or update infos and follow up feedbks, complains for all sections of inbounds, outbounds & survey dept. Senior executives are approachable & professional. Warm & helpful colleagues and vibes of kind culture includes regular festive & team members monthly birthday celebrtations. Workforce environment cultivation was professional & bonding with no haters opportunity exists. A very good feeling to begin and end the day at work!
    The challengesOf course, goals of achieving high sales percentage was always forecasted by the dept. Improvement & troubleshoot is a regulated tool. Contracts basis was offered per yr or two shall be evaluated by CC, means an executive may not embark on a lifelong survival employment there. Stringent of rules & regulations had to be adhered all the time made one a disciplined personnel.

    Working as a claim admin asst is great
    The good thingsThe staff and the officer has a good bonding they help each other and working with the good salary and good environment.we worked like a family with friendly collegues and officer.The company has a good benedit such as medical i surance . They will be given profit sharing yearly .sports day retriet for each dept and will be having all races big day celebration such as Hari raya.deepavali and yearly staff annual dinner and dance.
    The challengesThe challenges working here is just do not happy wih the kpi which is very stressfull and some customers which is very demanding.always.request.urgently which case need to settle within 2 working days as it depends on case by case.

    The good thingsLearn a lot of good things in there plus experience is good. Once you concentrate, you indeed focus on your work. Positive environment Most important is not to think negatively towards people. You may not know what past they have overcome. They meant to have their good ways.
    The challengesThe challenge in a way that how we tackle those cautious people on their very own get their insurance. we are meant to help them and not to let them think that this is the correct way procedures for doing without any proper instructions. Some customer may not know the clauses that have raised up for quite a long time.

    A true welfare company
    The good thingsHR welfare scheme is superb. Attractive annual flexi scheme, which the company doesnt save any of it. Unused amount are even saved and given back when you resign in future! Culture is healthy, supportive colleagues. Organization is very structured, IT support is good too.
    The challengesUnfortunately starting pay is abit low, better if you are crossing over with experience. Increment and bonus will be a tag slow compared to other companies. Exec needs to clock in and out, but whether it is enforced depends on individual supervisors.
