You are expected to commit overtime last minute even though you already made plans. You are expected to help other departments even though you already have a lot of things needed to monitor in your own department. Serious lack of manpower. Management refusing to employ more to assist in your department. Break times are controlled and given warning if late even for a single minute. Warning letters given even for being late for a minute after consecutive times - no grace period. Very short break times and dinner times.
