    You are expected to be able to handle everything even though the product itself wasn't able to.
    The good thingsHigh salary. Great peers/colleagues.
    The challengesVery fast-paced working environment. You are expected to get the servers to complete testing even though its impossible. You are expected to commit overtime last minute even though you already made plans. You are expected to help other departments even though you already have a lot of things needed to monitor in your own department. Serious lack of manpower. Management refusing to employ more to assist in your department. Break times are controlled and given warning if late even for a single minute. Warning letters given even for being late for a minute after consecutive times - no grace period. Very short break times and dinner times.
