    The good thingsExposure to global clinical research and marketing. Working with various parties and multinational companies from the region (South East Asia), as well as other regions as the research and marketing are conducted globally. Multiple travels across countries.
    The challengesTraining program is unclear and unstructured. Depending on your supervisor, getting a proper qualification or paid training is sometimes hard. Small number of personnel which translates into slow career development.
