    Diverse culture and diverse operations
The good thingsA lot to learn about healthcare industry in general and associated insights from several othet industries. Very close-knit family-like environment and the people. Exposure is global. Work timings are round the clock yet flexible. Management is supportive and there is no micro-management. A good mix age in the profile. Several profiles have frequent travel but organisation understands those who not prefer to travel, are accommodated comfortably as well. Overall, a cool place to work.
The challengesMarket catch-up is slow on technology and pay is sometimes slow. Sometimes age and generation gap appears to be the reason for it. Not necessary to be paid off for long-term commitment.
