    The good thingsvery supportive seniors, excellent working environment, Management in no inhumane at all, Ample of Training & Development opportunity, Open end appraisal system, Individual suggestions are considered, customer management is very good, the image in front of the client is outstanding
    The challengesCTC, allowances -biggest constraint, No medical benefits at all. Work-life balance is sometimes inadequate, company hs open hand towards the customer relationship programme but hands are tightly bound in an Employ development fund
