    Good but challenging
The good thingsThe company has helped me to grow professionally by entrusting me with responsibilities and believing in my capabilities. The strength of the company's leadership is seen in having certain individuals who care for and believe in your potential.
The challengesOne of the challenges I find working with the team here is that there are sometimes lapses in communication due to my work location being offsite from the company's headquarters. Some managers need to step up their communication skills.
