IB learning has provided me with a growth minset to be a global citizen.
The good thingsIt is a closed-knitted friendly international school environment where you keep learning, growing, well respected, appreciated by everyone! Happy School Day everyday indeed. I love working with children from all over the world. It allows me to having a global mindset to think flexibly. Students are such a joy to be with from Preschool right up to High school learners. Thankful for being part of the school. I will always be!
The challengesI see challenges as opportunities. Therefore, everything is learning, growing, relearning. One must realize and understand the different cultural background of every individuals from staff, students, parents in order to communicate and deliver the right language/message. Be mindful of food allergies with students/staff at all time and always practice safety rules. Communication is very important! Deliver the right language always!!
