Great team. The good thingsPeople there are positive and friendly.
Culture there is more laid back and easy to integrate.
Food is everywhere.
Not much work politics, you talk to anyone and everyone like they are your friends - even the boss and the ceo.
They encourage each other and joke around very often.
The challengesThe task to complete when you first started is crazy. They expect you to finish them within a period of them, even if it means OTing or bringing work home every single day - as long as you finish and complete your work.
When they are not satisfied with your work, you are expected to redo and redo and redo again, which is hard, especially when you have a deadline to follow.
It is indeed a very stressful place to be in terms of workload and deadlines.
