Bad Management, Based on my experience, I wouldn’t recommend.

The good thingsNothing like that in this management.

The challengesI worked at the company as an office staff. While some colleagues were supportive, there were significant concerns regarding management style and work culture. The Employer was often confrontational and, at times, used inappropriate (bad words) or insulting language in front of other staff. This created a stressful and uncomfortable working environment. It was also very difficult to take annual leave (AL) or medical leave (MC), even when the reasons were urgent or health-related. In addition, employees were frequently expected to extend their working hours beyond the normal schedule, including evenings and weekends, and in cases this extra time was not compensated. This made it difficult to maintain a healthy work-life balance. I hope the company can improve by promoting respectful communication, implementing fair leave practices, and ensuring employees are properly compensated for additional work.
