    Things can be better
The good thingsThere are some bad apples no doubt as written by others. Otherwise, most of the colleagues are fantastic! It was nice getting to know them. There's good salary and bonuses, increments and benefits for staff. You will get stronger as years pass and gain nice friendships!
The challengesDefinitely in need for a better leader to lead the team. It's a daily struggle unless your passion overcomes the politic in this place. Sure there's plenty to work and fix on, I hope they opened their eyes. Good luck!
