    One of the best airline you dream to work with
    The good thingsStaff engagement are great and HR welcome all feedback. Clear yearly KPI and work life balance. Its a dream place to be in and you will learn new skillset and company is open for you to take on other roles if you are keen to explore.
    The challengesThe usual challenges that aviation industry are facing. Fuel cost, covid etc Other than that , its a happy family

    Indecisive reporting line with good environment and colleagues
    The good thingsColleagues were friendly and easy to work with. In general, work life balance is achievable in the company although dependable on the manager you work under.
    The challengesIndecisive reporting line. No guidance nor direction and tend to make a mountain out of a molehole. Work are pushed always to subordinate without help.

    The good thingsFun, good culture, will be motivated to work for the company. Management listens and try their best to help. Colleagues are wonderful although the scale of the company is rather small.

    The challengesHad different payroll contracts between other base such as Thailand and Australia. Moreover, required to be at least 10days out of base depending on scheduled roster. Slow career progression/ opportunities

    An Interesting Place To Work At !
    The good thingsAn aviation company which cultivated a good culture within the organisation, friendly & family-oriented. Most of the employees over there are more than happy to help if you are having trouble during work. In term of punctuality, the company will not be so strictly instead they kept in a fairly open-minded manner because they have well established a good level of understanding between both parties.
    The challengesDue to the location of the workplace (Changi Airport), accessibility and long travelling time would be the challenging factors that I faced when I come to work on a daily basis.
