    The good thingsStaff engagement are great and HR welcome all feedback. Clear yearly KPI and work life balance. Its a dream place to be in and you will learn new skillset and company is open for you to take on other roles if you are keen to explore.

    Indecisive reporting line with good environment and colleagues
    The good thingsColleagues were friendly and easy to work with. In general, work life balance is achievable in the company although dependable on the manager you work under.
    The challengesIndecisive reporting line. No guidance nor direction and tend to make a mountain out of a molehole. Work are pushed always to subordinate without help.
