    The good thingsI do not have anything to say.
    The challengesWent for interview, the person who interview is not respecting your time. Kept leaving while interviews multiple times and try to challenge you with what you studied in school. Formula etc. If u are the bookworms, this is the perfect place.

    Working without a proper system & work procedures.
    The good thingsDepartment colleagues are very cooperative especially the Head of Department really takes good care of the staff & willing to hear to help out problems faced at work.
    The challenges1) Fingers pointed from the upper office staffs to the lower office staffs for the job badly done but did not reflect themselves that they had shared outdated information & always requested urgent jobs to be done with a very short deadlines. 2) Upper lever office staffs get better working hours than the lower office staffs & workshop workers.
