IT exposure to POS in house system
The good thingsThere is independence for staff working here but due to some IT in -house inconvenience accounting software, it does cause some disturbance and inventory control issue if not it is a good environment to work but still unable to come to term on a 5-days work week like POS system run on Navison System that is Epicentre.
The challengesRe-plan management strategies and seeking assistance for PIC grants till 2018 to improve some IT software or upgrading, if necessary. But management seem to have introduce server, IT accounting software etc and has incur a lot on computer assets since 20 years ago. So PIC still pend.
