The challengesThey should hire more staff for specific assignment. Eg, a purchaser to be incharged of sourcing n purchasing/shipment duties ... Instead, the management opt to cut n save the cost of labour by stretching the individual (there were only 3 sales coordinators while i was working there, at that time). The company fully maximize our multi tasking skills n super work long hours wif no OT payment given.
