    We pay u, so just do yr work ...
    The good thingsNice office ambience .. casual attire n the permission to perform my prayer (although the space given is at very small confined space within the store, under the staircase).
    The challengesThey should hire more staff for specific assignment. Eg, a purchaser to be incharged of sourcing n purchasing/shipment duties ... Instead, the management opt to cut n save the cost of labour by stretching the individual (there were only 3 sales coordinators while i was working there, at that time). The company fully maximize our multi tasking skills n super work long hours wif no OT payment given.
