    Friendly Working Environment
    The good thingsAlthough there are approval processes in place, the team is always open for discussion and there are a lot of learning opportunities. Bosses here are friendly and do not use their authority against you.

    Good location, slow career advancement
    The good thingsThe colleagues are generally friendly, and the location of the job is good in Bugis. Work environment is quite pleasant. The merger of the 4 asset managers have also increased opportunities for internal transfers/job rotation.
    The challengesThere is a low base pay structure and promotion/career advancement is quite limited. The company has undergone a re-organisation with the merger of the 4 asset managers, and is still firming up the corporate structure, amidst the further re-structuring of shared services at Keppel Group level. Working hours are generally long. The HR team also needs more work. The company can do more to retain talent and improve appreciation of employees; making employees feel more valued.

    The good thingsReputable firm. Good location. Plenty of lunch choices. Transport is convenient. Benefits are not bad. Pantry is spacious
    The challengesThe office is too quiet. Open concept but because there are different business units at the same office, staff are very self conscious and tries too hard to keep noise level to a minimum. Working hours are long
