    The good thingsSponsor me for master degree studies, provided me bonuses and stock shares, recognized my potential and promoted me from Project Engineer to Section Manager. The company also assigned me to overseas and major projects for good exposure and provided overseas allowance. For Keppel to stay is good if you want a long term job security and it can seconded you to other companies with experiences.
    The challengesThe company should continue groom talents and keep them for future projects. Should have provided with good basic salaries; senior staffs should have been recognized in the project and should hold a senior position with junior staffs reporting to them. It should take care of staffs to prevent staff turn over fast rate. The company should initiate and provide trainings for staffs regularly and
